OROCUFF includes free worldwide tracked shipping. Available countries and regions are shown at checkout, and tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Processing and Handmaking

Processing time varies by product and is listed on each product page. Verified bracelets and the name-embossing service are made or prepared in 1–2 business days.

Biblical & World History Timeline: ships in 3–5 business days after preparation in scheduled print batches.

Custom Pet Leather Portrait: after you approve the design and pay the remaining balance, handmaking takes approximately 1–2 weeks.

Delivery After Dispatch

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch for most destinations. Remote destinations, customs review, severe weather, carrier disruption, and peak periods can take longer.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. The checkout address and the carrier’s tracking page are the best references for a specific shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please review your delivery address before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact support@orocuff.com immediately. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after processing begins.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or visit Track Order. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the carrier marks a package delivered that you cannot locate, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment.
